A Rather Average Experience

The location was fine and near the main square, i guess.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a freight train all night. Plus, housekeeping seemed to have a real aversion to restocking essential supplies. I had to ask for coffee pods and toilet paper, like I was begging for gold.

The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, a definite disturbance to sleep. moreover, water was not provided in the room, a surprising oversight for a hotel of this supposed calibre. replenishment of essential supplies like nespresso pods was inconsistent. Soap and toilet paper were also sometimes lacking

The location is superb. It is a short walk to main attractions. I found the staff very attentive. They quickly addressed my request to adjust the temperature in my room. The tea and coffee in my room was great. I appreciate the minimum use of plastic, too.

The air conditioner was quite noisy. I think it needs maintenance.
